4. Template & Design Abuse
- Templates are provided for end-use designs, not redistribution
- You may not extract, copy, or resell templates individually or in bulk
- You may not use Bannerlo-generated templates to build a competing platform
5. Content Limitations
You must not generate:
- Illegal, misleading, or deceptive content
- Hate speech, harassment, or extremist material
- Explicit adult or violent content
- Impersonation of brands, people, or organizations
- Content violating copyright, trademark, or publicity rights
6. System Load & Performance Protection
We reserve the right to:
- Throttle generation speed
- Temporarily limit daily usage
- Pause excessive requests
- Restrict accounts impacting platform performance
These limits may apply even if unused credits remain.
7. Monitoring & Enforcement
Bannerlo.online may:
- Monitor usage patterns for abuse prevention
- Issue warnings for policy violations
- Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate accounts
- Adjust credit balances in case of misuse
Decisions are final and made to protect platform integrity.
8. No Refund for Misuse
- Credits lost due to Fair Usage Policy violations are non-refundable
- Account suspensions for abuse do not qualify for refunds
