5. Credits and Payments
Credits purchased on Bannerlo AI are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy. Credits have no cash value and are solely for use within the platform.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bannerlo AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
